Our Story
Evann and Esta met in graduate school at Florida Gulf Coast University while pursuing their Doctorates in Physical Therapy and were best friends for years, then decided to continue their best friendship forever and marry in 2025. Carlen and Evann are sisters and have been blessed
to be best friends since birth.
They live in St. Petersburg and share the goal of co-creating a community of like-minded individuals that fosters
healing, connection and growth.

Doctor of Physical Therapy from Tampa, Florida specializing in hands-on care including manual therapy/massage, pain relief, craniosacral therapy and pelvic floor physical therapy. Esta has always had a curious and adventurous spirit. She loves to laugh and enjoy life, loves nature and animals, and is a Tampa native. Intrigued by the human body’s miracle abilities and intricacies, she’s been guided to become a Physical Therapist and help others heal themselves. She practices with the belief that the body has natural healing abilities. We can achieve healing when we are in the right environment and aligned, mind-body-spirit.
Evann Dickerson, PT, DPT, CS1

Doctor of Physical Therapy from Louisville, Kentucky specializing in craniosacral therapy, corrective exercise & aquatic therapy. Evann truly believes movement is medicine. She loves helping others regain independence and mobility by fostering a positive relationship with exercise. She encourages the joy of moving healthily and gratitude for the amazing gift our bodies give us to experience life with all of our senses. She loves to utilize individualized approaches to heal mind, body and spirit which could include exercise, manual therapy, reiki / energy healing techniques, affirmations and friendship. She believes love and kindness will save the world and loves to offer a nurturing, supportive space to grow and learn about one another. Evann loves playing with her dog, swimming in the ocean, writing poetry, walking through the park, doing home improvement projects with her family and reading a good book.
Carlen Dickerson, RYT

Carlen Dickerson is a 250-hour certified yoga teacher & 50-hour sound practitioner from Louisville, KY. She lives for sacred joy & the healing bliss of freedom. She has been an ever-fascinated yoga student since the age of 11 and a passionate yoga teacher since 2019.
Yoga is a part of her daily life, on & off the mat. She believes in the magical gift of intentional awareness in the present moment. While her yoga lessons focus on breath, asana & mudras, she loves to include sound healing, yoga philosophy, mantras, guided meditations & visualizations as well. Riley & Rubí Roja
Official Mascots
Riley Minaie rescued his momma, Esta, when she was in college. She went to Ft. Myers Humane Society "just to look"... and this sweet American Staffordshire terrier came running into her arms. It was love at first hug.
Rubí Roja rescued her momma, Carlen, when she was in Costa Rica on a sound healing retreat. She was watching sunrise on the beach with her retreat friends when this sweet zaguate (Costa Rican street dog) came up to them. Rubí stared directly into Carlen's eyes and said, "Take me home, please." They've been inseparable ever since.
